If you have forgotten or lost the password there is an easy way to recover it.
- Through the main login page
- Through the Settings page in your app
Recovering / Resetting your Password through the Main Login Page
Open the Happy Pear Login Page
Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page and enter your email address.. Please make sure it’s the email address that was used to purchase a course or sign up with.
Enter your email address and you'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Don't forget to check your spam/junk folder for the email if you can't find it. 👍😉
Recovering / Resetting your Password via the App
Click on the profile or 'me' icon at the top right hand side of the app.
Scroll down to Settings - Login Information and view your Login information, you can update your password here.
