All our courses are self led. You don’t need to follow along live. Here is how you can navigate your course on the App.
APP NAVIGATION
- Open the app and sign in to your account if you haven’t already.
- At the bottom of the homepage you will see ‘Explore, Recipes, Tribe, Courses’.
- Pick Courses
- Click on the course you wish to begin.
- Select Start Course
You can move freely about the course content. If you want to move on to the next lesson click the ‘Next’ button on the top right hand corner of the page.
Alternatively you can scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Mark Complete’ and you will automatically be taken to the next lesson.
It is not mandatory to complete a lesson before moving onto the next. By using the ‘Next’ button as previously shown above you can move about the course freely. However in order to receive your course certification you will need to complete each lesson.
Throughout the year we run challenges where everyone starts and finishes together. You will be notified of one happening in advance and are welcome to take part in this challenge within your membership. It’s a great way to harness the power of the collective to help you reach your goals!
