My login details don't work

If your login credentials are not being recognised it might be for one of the following reasons:

  1. Make sure you have downloaded the correct App. You want the Happy Pear: Healthy Living App.
  2. You registered with a different email address. Check all email addresses you own for confirmation of your account. 
  3. Your transaction might have been unsuccessful, check your bank statement and if it didn’t go through please try again.
  4. You had a typo with your email address or password, if this is the case contact support at academy@thehappypear.ie
  5. If none of these apply & you still can't log in, please contact academy@thehappypear.ie
