If your payment was declined there are several reasons why your payment did not go through.
- There may have been an error with your credit card details when inputting.
- You may have reached the credit card limit or there is insufficient funds in your account
- The card may be expired or not yet activated for online purchases
- The credit card provider may put restrictions on the card.
- Web browser cookies
We are here to help. The following options may solve the problem.
- Check that your credit card information is correct.
- Try purchasing via a different browser. Using an incognito window will usually work.
- Check that there is sufficient funds in your account
- Contact your bank to see if there are any other possible issues.
- If you are still unsuccessful please contact support here and we can check everything at our end too.
If you have signed up to a subscription plan and we are unable to charge your card:
If you have a subscription plan and we are unable to charge you, our system will attempt to charge your card several times. You’ll be notified by email if we are unsuccessful over that period. If by the last attempt we are unable to charge you your account will be removed.
If you have a subscription and would like to resubscribe please re-purchase again.
